This Return & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for purchases made through sparein.com or directly from our service centers.
1. General Policy
- All return, exchange, and refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by Sparein Automotive LLC.
- Proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt) is required for all returns or refund requests.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of products via a courier service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Sparein does not offer automatic return pickup services.
- This policy applies only to purchases made within the Sultanate of Oman.
2. Spare Parts Returns
Spare parts may be eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted within 15 days from the date of purchase
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
- All labels, seals, manuals, and accessories remain intact
- The original invoice is provided at the time of return
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Electrical parts and sensors
- Batteries
- Special-order or custom-made items
- Items that have been opened, installed, used, or damaged
- Items damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation
3. Return Process
- The customer must contact Sparein within 15 days of purchase to request return approval.
- Once approved, the customer must send the product to the designated Sparein location using a reliable courier service.
- All courier, shipping, handling, and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- The customer assumes responsibility for the product until it is safely received and inspected by Sparein.
- Products lost or damaged during return transit are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, where possible.
- Refund processing typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
- Any delivery, courier, or service-related charges are non-refundable.
5. Services & Labour Charges
- Service and labor charges are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Diagnostic, inspection, and consultation fees are non-refundable, even if the customer chooses not to proceed with further repairs or services.
6. Batteries
- Batteries are non-refundable once sold.
- Warranty, where applicable, is limited to replacement or recharge in the case of a verified manufacturing defect, subject to supplier inspection and approval.
7. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability and inspection approval.
- If the replacement item differs in price, the customer must pay the price difference or receive a partial refund, as applicable.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection.
- Claims reported after this period may be rejected.
9. Right to Refuse Returns
Sparein Automotive LLC reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with this policy or applicable laws.
